Обязанности:
•    Скрутка токопроводящих жил на крутильных станках (SRN 6x200; SRN 6x500; DSO – 63; DSO 2x20; DSO – 40; ДКМ; ФКМ; ЛГО);
•    Выбор системы скрутки по таблицам;
•    Подбор партии отдающих барабанов;
•    Регулирование тормозов, направления и скорости крутильных рамок, фонарей;
•    Расчет натяжения жил кабеля;
•    Последовательная заправка жил кабеля через узлы машины;
•    Замер диаметров скрученных жил кабеля контрольно-измерительным инструментом;
•    Установка и смена катушек с изолированной жилой и изоляционными материалами с помощью автоматических и ручных устройств;
•    Проверка исправности узлов машины перед началом работы;
•    Установка и регулировка технологических параметров по показаниям контрольно-измерительных приборов;
•    Смена калибров;
•    Отбор, установка и смена приемных барабанов, сменных шестерен, бобин с изолирующими материалами и катушек с изолированными жилами и медной проволокой;
•    Последовательная заправка элементов кабеля в узлы машины;
•    Наблюдение за равномерной раскладкой скрученных элементов на приемный барабан;
•    Контроль шага скрутки элементов кабелей;
•    Проведение ремонта токопроводящей жилы сердечника, пучка;
•    Подборка соответствующей усадочной трубки;
•    Пользование промышленным феном;
•    Заполнение сопроводительной документации;
•    Обмотка заготовки кабеля (провода) пленкой;
•    Обмотка сердечника кабеля (провода) алюмофлексом;
•    Гидрофобное заполнение сердечников сигнально-блокировочного кабеля;
•    Оформление отходов – формирование сбора и сдача их с оформлением сопроводительных бирок.

Требования:
•    Оконченное образование (не ниже среднего полного);
•    Опыт работы в аналогичной должности.

Work on torsion equipment (SRN 6x200; SRN 6x500; DSO – 63; DSO 2x20; DSO – 40; DKM; FKM; LGO).

It is required to have a good knowledge base of the technological process as well as relevant work experience. It is also crucial to undergo a medical examination.

Core Responsibilities:

• Selecting a twist system using tables;
• Selection of a batch of receding reels;
• Regulation of brakes, direction and speed of torsion bars and lights;
• Calculation of cable core tension;
• Sequential filling of cable cores through machine nodes;
• Measuring the diameters of twisted cable cores with a control and measuring tool;
• Installation and replacement of coils with insulated housing and insulating materials using automatic and manual devices;
• Checking the serviceability of machine components before starting work;
• Installation and adjustment of technological parameters according to the indications of measuring-and-recording devices;
• Changing calibers;
• Selection, installation and replacement of receiving reels, replaceable gears, bobbins with insulating materials and coils with insulated cores and copper wire;
• Sequential filling of the cable elements into the machine nodes;
• Observation of the uniform apportion of the twisted elements on the receiving reel;
• Control of the step of the cable element twisting process;
• Repair of the conductive core and beam core;
• Selection of the appropriate shrink tube;
• Use of an industrial drier;
• Filling out the accompanying documentation;
• Wrapping the cable (wire) blank with a tape;
• Wrapping the core of the cable (wire) with aluminoflex;
• Hydrophobic filling of the cores of the signal-blocking cable;
• Waste clearance. The formation of the gathering and their delivery with the registration of accompanying tags.

Job Type: full-time day or night shifts (5 shifts per week).
